Placement Process

​

•Consultation 
We will conduct a one hour free consultation. During the consultation we will discuss what you are looking for in a nanny and your family's needs. In conclusion of our meeting, we will collect the $200 non-refundable application fee. This non-refundable fee is collected to start the screening process of potential candidates.

•Screening 

Recruitment and screening of nannies for your position. Thorough background checks and reference checks are completed. 

•Candidate Interviews

The family will interview selected candidates from the screening.

• Nanny Selected 

There is no obligation to pay the placement fee until you have selected the nanny of your choice. When you’re ready to make an offer of employment to the nanny, the placement fee will be due and payable at that time. We are not responsible for the wages to the nanny. All wages, benefits, and nanny taxes are the sole responsibility of the family. 

* We offer a 60 day replacement for full time and 30 day replacement for Part time to ensure the nanny is the right fit for your family.
